Rainbow Smoothie

Since I’ve been off for a few weeks I thought I’d share my antioxidant rich smoothie that I have for breakfast! When I say eat the rainbow…I mean it! This is a great way to get in all your colors first thing in the morning. I like to use all fresh ingredients, but you could swap in some frozen fruits. I hope you enjoy!

Rainbow Smoothie


  • 4-5 Strawberries
  • 4-5 Raspberries
  • 1/3 Cup pineapple
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Large handful of preferred greens
  • Small handful of blueberries
  • 4-5 Black berries
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1 TBSP flax seed
  • 1.5 TBSP nut butter
  • 1/5-1 Cup pomegranate juice


  • Blender
  • Knife
  • Cutting board

  1. Roughly chop all ingredients(except pomegranate juice) and add to blender.
  2. Add pomegranate juice about halfway up to the top of your ingredients.
  3. Blend and enjoy!
